The AbrasiveNow solution can be used in many hubs such as the ones offered by Flex-Trim™, SlipCon, Alpha Brush, Smart-Flex etc.
Shipping is not included. It will automatically be calculated and shown based on your country and order when you checkout. We do however, offer free shipping for orders above $500 and for even larger orders you can also inquire for a sea-freight quotation and we will provide you with a sizeable discount.
We have partnered with DHL Express to guarantee fast air delivery no matter where you are located in the world. DHL Express will handle door to door delivery within 5 days and you will be provided tracking number once the order has been sent, so you can track it all the way to your doorstep. We offer free shipping for orders over $500. For big-volume orders, you can also inquire for a sea-freight quotation, and we will provide you with a sizeable discount.
When shipping with DHL Express the incoterm is DAP (Delivered at place), which includes all transportation costs door to door. Duty and VAT might be charged directly by your country's customs.
We produce your order within 7 days from our factory in Bangkok, and you will receive it no less than 5 days after with our express services.
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB etc.) and more than 135 currencies. You can also choose to pay with bank transfer in USD. In case of bank transfer, we recommend you to send us the transfer slip by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will begin your order immediately.
We require the full amount upon purchase to ensure as fast a process as possible. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will begin processing the order as soon as we register the payment or upon receiving a transfer-slip.
If cancellation happens within reasonable time after an order (24 hours) we will refund the total amount. In the event that this does not happen, we withhold the right to carry out the order, charging the full amount.
In case you have claims about the products after having received the order, please send your claim directly to email@example.com, and we will handle your claim right away.
